Over two nights, you’ll enjoy guided yoga, sound bowls, mindfulness walks and personal growth workshops designed to help you reset and restore. It’s your time to slow down, reflect, and be cared for, inside and out.

Calm, thoughtful gentle manner of everyone – presenters and fellow “retreaters”. Lovely sunny spaces and outlook. Well planned, variety of activities. Wonderful retreat ‘colleagues’ who were all ‘givers’. Every detail accounted for from herbal tea selections, soft tissues, laughter, & care. Far enough away to feel like a retreat but close enough not to take too long to reach. Rachel has planned exquisitely and takes care of everyone, thanks. Accommodation – peaceful, spacious, and quiet. Excellent choices of meals, all very tasty and abundant in quantity.

Hard to pick just one highlight, however, I feel that giving time for my own self healing and nurturing in a beautiful environment with a lovely group of like minded people was just perfect for my needs at the moment. I would recommend this to friends as I liked the balance of having all the various modalities we participated in with the group discussions and free time, and finishing with a mindfulness walk was great. Really enjoyed the experience; loved the meals; loved the company. Was so good to have a lovely comfortable room to myself where I could relax and reflect on my goals/purpose.

The Refresh Day Retreat offers a full day of renewal for women ready to pause, reset, and feel supported. You’ll be gently guided through crystal bowl sound healing, mindful movement, empowering workshops, and nature-based practices. With nourishing food and heartfelt connections, this experience is designed to uplift your spirit and realign your energy.

The environment was great. Rachel is welcoming and caring. She is a great host. I also enjoyed the crystal sound healing even though I didn't really understand it. I noticed the difference in my body afterwards.

All retreats are designed to be as seamless and supportive as possible, so you can simply arrive and immerse yourself in the experience.

Your retreat investment includes accommodation, nourishing meals, and all facilitated sessions and workshops. Depending on the retreat, this may also include yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, coaching, creative activities, nature-based experiences, and wellbeing practices.

Payment plans are available for most retreats, and places are intentionally limited to maintain an intimate, high-quality experience.

Optional extras (such as massages or additional treatments) will always be clearly outlined in advance.

Yes, accommodation is included in all residential retreats.

Each venue is carefully selected to provide a calm, restorative environment that supports rest and reflection. Room options vary depending on the retreat and may include shared twin accommodation or private rooms for those who prefer more personal space.

All accommodation is comfortable, safe, and chosen to enhance your overall retreat experience.

Each day is thoughtfully structured to balance guided experiences with spacious downtime.

A typical day may include gentle morning movement such as yoga, stretching, or mindfulness, followed by a nourishing breakfast. The middle of the day is usually dedicated to workshops, coaching, or group sessions focused on wellbeing, confidence, or personal growth. Afternoons often include free time for rest, reflection, nature walks, or optional activities, with evenings featuring calming practices such as meditation, sound healing, creative sessions, or group connection.

There is always time built in to rest, integrate, and simply be.

No experience is required.

All retreats are designed to be inclusive and supportive, whether it is your first wellness retreat or part of an ongoing personal development journey. Every session is guided in a way that allows you to participate at your own pace, with options and variations provided throughout.

The focus is always on experience, not performance.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent policy while also honouring the planning involved in creating each retreat.

We recommend travel insurance for additional peace of mind.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for movement, relaxation, and nature-based activities, including activewear, casual layers, and swimwear if relevant.

You may also like to bring a journal, pen, personal toiletries, and any required medications. Yoga mats and props are typically provided unless otherwise stated.

Most importantly, we encourage you to arrive with an open mind and a willingness to slow down, disconnect from daily pressures, and give yourself permission to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
